Can I get into top schools?

I know Ivies are always an unknown and schools with <15% are completely unknown regardless of my qualifications, but if anyone can let me know where I should improve/if I should give up, it would be appreciated!

4.88 weighted GPA, 5.0 Junior year, 4.00 unweighted all 3 years
2230 SAT, 800 CR 760 math 670 writing (I hope to bring math up but writing is kind of stuck)
perfect score on math psat
5 on AP Physics 1 & US Gov tests
Taking AP tests: Bio, English Lang, WHAP, Calc AB, Phys C, Phys II this year
sports: Lacrosse and Field Hockey, Basketball manager (all about 15+ hours per week)
Extracurriculars: DECA (State winner), Model UN (Outstanding delegate), Global Equality Now (leadership position), Student Government President, Science Olympiad, Math/Spanish/Regular National Honors Society
won awards for academic excellence in math/english

I am working on developing an App for some competitions
I have had internships doing biomedical research and in a doctor’s office, but I have since switched my focus to physics/engineering, and I have applied for summer internships in these areas

My main concern is that I am not in any physics/ engineering clubs because the classes are a joke at my school and I can’t join the club without being in the class.

Also, MIT has talked about the average number of APs of accepted students as 4-6 total, I will be at 13 by the time I graduate…I have taken more math/science APs to show my focus but I’m worried it will seem like overkill.
My list of reach schools right now is: MIT, CalTech, Harvey Mudd, and possibly Harvard/Yale
