I know Ivies are always an unknown and schools with <15% are completely unknown regardless of my qualifications, but if anyone can let me know where I should improve/if I should give up, it would be appreciated!

I am working on developing an App for some competitions
I have had internships doing biomedical research and in a doctor’s office, but I have since switched my focus to physics/engineering, and I have applied for summer internships in these areas
My main concern is that I am not in any physics/ engineering clubs because the classes are a joke at my school and I can’t join the club without being in the class.
Also, MIT has talked about the average number of APs of accepted students as 4-6 total, I will be at 13 by the time I graduate…I have taken more math/science APs to show my focus but I’m worried it will seem like overkill.
My list of reach schools right now is: MIT, CalTech, Harvey Mudd, and possibly Harvard/Yale
