Can I get into top schools???

I want to know the absolute best colleges I could get into with these numbers. What are my matches, best safeties, and reaches? I know it's a pretty vague question but just give me some estimates.

I am a Junior and I got a 178 on the PSAT (57-reading 63-math 58-writing). I am going to take an SAT class and study ridiculously to boost my score. My gpa is currently a 3.81 I was ranked 45/390 at the beginning of the year but I think my rank has since increased, but probably not by much. I come from an elite MA public school.

I'm in National Honor Society, Student Council, and Key Club. I hope to join my school's DECA, which ranks annually in national competitions, as well as International Relations.
I will be in Spanish Honor Society and I will probably run for president or high position in it and probably another position in National Honor Society.
I have about 50 hours of community service.
I play the guitar and I run spring and indoor track and have since Freshman year. I also played baseball from 9th to 10th grade. I play tennis at a local club but I don't know if that counts for anything. I am also a first-generation college student

All of my core classes (including Spanish) are honors. At my school, we are only allowed to take one AP class Junior year and none freshman and sophomore years, so I am taking AP US History this year (pretty much the only choice for Juniors).

Also, if you have any suggestions to help improve my application that would be awesome.

umm...I dont want to sound harsh but odds are the ivies and a lot of top schools will be super reaches for you. I would suggest maybe Bowdoin, Penn State, Muhlenberg,
it would really help if you knew what you wanted to major in......

yeah I didn't expect to have good chances at all going into these schools. I'm just trying to get an estimate as to where I stand...

yah continue working hard on your scores and gpa/rank.....

I had a 177 sophmore year, 183 junior year, and a 2170 on the sats......I didn't really study for the psats...

To increase your reading score, read some classical books, like Frankeinstein, and Scarlet Letter, and try learning vocabulary words...

For math...all you can do is practice, the more you practice the higher your scores....

Once your sat score and rank increase...try doing research (makes you stand out), try to get more leadership positions.....
