Can I get into Tufts or JHU, or College of Wooster?

Hi, I was wondering if you guys could help me.
I was wondering if I could get into the aforementioned schools with these stats:
31 on ACT Composite (Superscore is 32)
Chinese National Honor Society (I have been taking Chinese since Freshman year)
Leadership of a chapter of a youth organization called DeMolay (Think Boy Scouts troop leader or whatever they have. I managed finances, fundraising, etc)
I have the Bare minimum reported for my SSL (I only reported the bare minimum, I didn't like filling out the forms)
I have a 3.71 GPA, 4.1 weighted.
I am an AP Scholar (4 on US Gov't, World History, and Lang.)
Taking AP Economics and AP Comparative Government and Politics
My essay has been described as one of the two best the composition assistant read. People tell me it captures their attention.
I volunteered at the Red Cross, as a greeter for blood drives, and I help get dogs adopted with a rescue organization, and researched grants for them.
Thanks in advance!

Also, if I were to apply to cornell and Upenn would I get in? About 6 or 7 people on family members on my Dads side went to cornell and 2 on my moms side went to cornell. I would be 3rd Generation in Cornell. My Grandfather was on the board at Upenn and he also went to Upenn, and so did my mother, so I would be 3rd gen.

Bump. Please help if you can! Would be very grateful

Sorry, I was a little rushed in my first post and I didn’t read a few stickies, please excuse my bad format. Hopefully this is a little bit easier on the eyes.
I was wondering if I could get into the aforementioned schools with these stats:

Schools:
JHU
GW
American University
Tufts
EA- University of Maryland College Park and University of Maryland College Park Honors College
EA- College of Wooster

I am an AP Scholar (4 on US Gov’t, World History, and Lang.)
I am taking AP Macro and Micro this year and AP Comparative Government. I am also in Honors Chinese.

Essay/Recs
My essay has been described as one of the two best the composition assistant read. People tell me it captures their attention.
Also, the teachers I chose really like me, and one is the head of the English department.
My counselor absolutely loves me.

JHU: Reach
GW: high match (since ECs are a little weak)
AU (what is AU?)
Tufts: Reach
UMD: Low match
Wooster: Safety

Thank you! Woo! It’s good to know my top choice is a safety!

But, for Wooster to be a safety, you have to be careful about the short answer. The essay and the fact you applied EA are the reasons as to why Wooster is a safety.

Remember, I chance people left and right on a daily basis so I often take the chancing cases no one else wants (within the limits of what I can do as a chancer) and it helps to have had 3 safety/low match verdicts right, i.e. they got into the schools stated as such. However, I expect a chancing failure to come one day or another, given that I chance students left and right.

Thank you! I’ll be sure to hammer out a good one! I’m also going for an interview with them.
