Can I get into UC Berkeley/UCLA/USC with these statistics? Which one(s)?

So I'm a second semester junior and my top 3 picks in California are UC Berkeley, UCLA, and USC.

As of now, my weighted GPA is about a 93.4 which is about a 3.734 weighted.
My school is one of the top 100 public schools in the nation and I'm taking tough courses like AP US (the hardest AP in our school) and AP Calc BC, Honors English, Honors Spanish IV, and Honors Physics. In fact, my academic schedule is the most rigorous possible as a junior

Every year I've been adding on an extra AP/honors class and next year i'm going to be taking all AP: Stat, Chem, Literature, Government, Spanish and an Honors calc II (highest math offered in our school, just no AP credit), and orchestra which i've been doing for 3 years (violin), although I did piano from ages 4 until sophomore year (dropped the summer after).

Also, I'm the secretary of my debate team, my partner and I are the 30 best in the state (Connecticut). I am part of the National Honors Society (impressive in our school. It's a selective process), in the student coalition (with an officer position), a volunteer school group, a leadership club, and my own club which I made this year.

My SATs are a 1970 (680-math, 700-writing, 570-critical reading), which I plan on retaking in October (but judge given a 1970 please!!!) and so far I have 1 SAT subject test (math 2) and a 740 on it, though I'll prob submit spanish (which i'll get low 700s most likely) or history (low 700s as well), depending on which i get in the 700s in (I havent gotten it back yet).

I'm probably in the 4 range on both AP US and calc II on the AP tests.

In addition, have a middle eastern background (ethnicity) and also speak fluent Russian at home.

I will be taking macroeconomics and linear algebra for college credits at NYU this summer, as well.

Also, I won a gold medal on a state-wide level in the National Scholastic Arts and Writing Competition (in writing).

Finally, I can apply somewhat instate seeing that my parents are separated and my mom has a piano studio in southern california.

Which of the 3 universities (UCB, UCLA, and USC) will accept me with that kind of app?

Oh and I can say that I worked at an art camp last summer, 2 weeks on pay and 3 weeks on volunteer service.

You will probably get into USC but UCLA and UCB as an out of state student, you have a very slim slim chance. My high school is nationally ranked as well and they each school took 60-70 kids from my high school but the range for 10-11 grade g.p.a was 4.07-4.87 and my high school is a in state school. Oh yeah 1970 wouldn’t be good, you gotta at least get a 2100. Well anyway don’t let be discourage you just apply you never know.

Finally, I can apply somewhat instate seeing that my parents are separated and my mom has a piano studio in southern california.

I don’t think you’ll be considered “in-state” because your mom has a piano studio in the state. Connecticut is your resident state. The state where you go for your senior year in high school will likely be your resident state.

And, yes, your SAT would need to be higher for all three schools. However, if you were counting on instate rates, you’ll probably have to take UCLA and UCB off your list. They won’t give you the aid you need as an out of state student.

i mean im not doing it to get the rates off but just wouldnt a cali public school be more inclined to take an instate address?

Yeah ditto, SAT’s should be higher, EC’s are decent so are GPA, but yeah, out of state’s for UC’s makes it suck.
