First I am an out of state student, I go to a public Connecticut High school.

<p>3.7 UC GPA? If so, I doubt it, its hard to get in OOS</p>

<p>Is that GPA weighted? If so, then UCSB is a reach. If not, then it's a slight reach (50-50).</p>
