Can I get into UCI's Nursing Program?

<p>Hi I'm wondering if anyone who was accepted into UCI's Nursing Program can tell me what my chances are for getting into UCI's nursing program or how to improve my chances. All commentary is appreciated :)</p>

<p>Here are my stats:
2020 SAT
30 ACT
3.7 UW
4.3 W</p>

<p>I plan to retake my SAT and (hopefully) get a 2100. I am also aiming for a 32 ACT score. </p>

<p>Regarding EC's, I have a few president positions in programs I have been in for four years, and they were programs that have significantly shaped the person I am today. </p>

<p>I volunteer a lot and for different programs but I have never gotten the opportunity to volunteer at my local hospital because they require a set and committed schedule, which is impossible for me and my schedule. Will this hurt my chances? </p>

<p>I'd love to get into UCI's nursing program but I know it's super competitive. Their acceptance rate is only 4% so I would really appreciate if someone chanced me. Thanks in advance :)</p>
