What can I do to improve my chances to UCLA?

The upward trend is good, but it still might pose some difficulty for admission to UCLA.

Didn't you already apply? If you're still a junior and those are projections, I'd say:

Aim for a 2100+ on the SAT. Seek out activities that you like and find leadership positions in them. You can also seek out honors/awards, perhaps in competitions or in scholarships. Write really awesome essays. Hope.

Very nice improvement in grades.

Freshman grades are not counted in "UC GPA".

Ace your 12th grade classes.

Take the SAT, SAT IIs...(take a prep course if possible)

Work on extracirriculars.

What are your test scores and extra curricular activities? What is your GPA?

Considering your username, you must be native to SoCal.

Your Cs in Sophomore year might hurt you. You are taking a rigorous course load, which definitely helps you.

Because you already applied to UCLA(I'm assuming you're a senior), you can't do anything else to improve your chances.

I'm not sure if you'll get in to UCLA because you didn't post any other info. Most likely, with this info alone, you might get in to UCLA(but your test scores and extra. curr. might say otherwise).
