Do you think I can make it as a business major?

You will probably make it in to Cal Poly Pomona, SLO and LBSU are heavily impacted for business so I’d say its around 50/50. UCSB I don’t think so. You’re GPA really needs to be a little higher to be competitive enough. But don’t lose all hope for UCSB because you still have your essays which can really be made to impress.
Have you thought about CSU fullerton they have a good business program that I think you’d probably be able to get into. San Diego State and San Jose State are more good ones, but are almost as hard as LBSU. UC Riverside is good even though it people look down on it. Loyola Marymount, University of San Diego, Chapman, Santa Clara, and USF have good business programs if you can afford it.
If you are dead set on the schools you listed apply as a less impacted major and then change it later once you’re there.
