I really want to get into the UCSF Tetrad Program or Stanford for cell biology.
I took the GREs a few days ago and here are my scores:
160 verbal
163 math
Don't know about the writing yet but I expect a pretty high score, hopefully a 5.

My other credentials:
3.6 overall GPA
1 publication (4th author of 8) in Blood
Experience working in 4 labs, 2 at NIH, 2 at University of Maryland
3 years of experience of gene therapy research in a team, including 2 grant awards, a 200-pg thesis, and hopefully a publication
3 years of independent research experience on ribosomes, will result in a publication (2nd author)
Participation in 3 (will be 4) poster sessions
Undergraduate teaching experience in cell biology
4 or 5 potential strong recommendations
4 years extracurricular leadership experience in science advocacy on campus and in the greater DC area

Do you guys think I can get into UCSF and/or Stanford? I'll apply to a range of schools but those are my top two. I am also considering retaking the GRE and taking the biochemistry/cell and molecular biology subject GRE.
