I'm a resident of North Carolina and have been my entire life. I'm a senior, and half African-American and half Japanese. I'm applying early action as well, hopefully. I'm 15 right now and graduating in the top 50 out of 500 of my class at 16 years old.

My SAT Superscore: 1980
Math:590
Reading:740
Writing:650

I've taken my SAT only once and it was during my sophomore year of high school, now I can definitely do much better.

ACT: 29
GPA: 3.2
This is the bad part. I was in a very bad car accident my freshman year of high school and was only resent for 80 out of 180 days. My principal agreed not to require to me repeat if I accepted a low C from my English class. Also, during my junior year I failed AP Lang and retook it online, and now have a A. Would they look to see that I had failed a course?

I'm the president of the spanish club, SGA treasurer, HOSA member, and did 3 years in the Academy of Emergency Medical Sciences until after injuries from the accident began to affect how steadily I could hold a scapel, so I must give up on my dream of becoming a neurologist. I'm interested in film, political science, and accounting.

I have 450 volunteer hours, and went to Haiti for 3 weeks to help rebuild homes. My principal already said she would write me a letter of recommendation. My father is the chief of surgery at Chapel Hill. By the time I will have graduated, I'll have taken 8 AP Classes. Out of the 3 AP Tests I've taken, I've made a 5 on all of them.
