Can I get into UT Austin's Computer Science program?

Weighted GPA - 4.49
Unweighted GPA - 3.90
SAT - 2160 (CR + math = 1420). I took it again, did far worse on writing so worse overall, but got a 1490 on CR+Math.
ACT composite - 35

I’m a rising senior, middle-class, white, and live in-state.

I’m not in my school’s top 10% (very competitive school), and we don’t rank below that, so I don’t know my rank unfortunately.

I am a National Merit Semifinalist for sure, but I’m not sure if my 2160 is enough. I am a terrible writer so I bombed the SAT’s essay, but if you only count the writing multiple choice instead of the essay, I got a 2220 which is pretty good and I think will be good enough.

My extracurriculars include our school’s robotics program, which I did junior year and will be continuing this coming year, theatre freshman year and sophomore year, and Chinese club which I have been in since sophomore year and will take this year. I have been in Chinese and Computer Science classes since freshman year and will continue to take them senior year as well.

I volunteer at the local library, basically doing free tech support for older folks. I do not have a job.

I have taken the following APs: Language, APUSH, World History, Computer Science, Calculus BC, Physics I/II. Next year I am taking Environmental Science, Gov, Econ, Lit, and Stats.

If I don’t get into UT Austin’s Computer Science program, I think I will either go to TAMU for nearly free due to being a national merit scholar, or just go to UT Austin, try very hard, and see if I can get into the computer science program the next year.
