Can I get into UT Chemical Engineering with this profile?

I am a senior at a very very competitive nationally ranked high school in Texas. Everyone knows its almost impossible to get to 10% at my school, but anyways,

I am 183/755 people with a 4.0488 GPA weighted
I am in many extracurriculars like yearbook for 2 years and drama for 2 years and I have my own club. (A business stock club) I am in NHS and another volunteer organization.

I made a 2020 on my sat (1340 Critical reading and math) and I made a 30 on my ACT with a 35 on the math and a 29 on the science.

I made a 730 on my Math II SAT 2 test

PLEASE respond soon, i'm like freaking out. I think the hardest part is that I am applying for engineering, which is hard. Let me know what my chances are if you know,
Thanks.

As far as I know UT does not really care how "competitive" your school is, the top 10% is the top 10%. So you have a tough sledging, I suggest you also apply to other schools.

Yes I understand that, but when it comes spots besides the top 10% they still have 35% of their spots open, I know they are very selective. Do you think I would fit in that category?

In all honesty, no. I know the top 10% rule is unfortuante for you, but UT heavily weighs rank and yours is not top. But there are several other schools that you can apply to as well. Have you applied to A&M? There engineering program is easier to get into but still top notch.
