<p>I am a Freshman at Lynchburg College and I want to transfer to VT. My college gpa is a 3.09 but this semester I am at a 3.13 now. For extra curricular I play on schools speed ball/paintball team and have a job working for an outdoor recreational program here. I also have a pretty big family history of people who have gone to tech. My brother goes there, my mom did, some cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. My high school gpa was a 3.21 and my ACT was a 19. How good are my chances?</p>
<p>I am not sure, however your GPA seems to be a tad low. Try to raise your GPA up to 3.4-3.5 and then your chances will be much higher however, there are no guarantees due to the competitiveness at Virginia Tech.</p>
