<p>Hi im a African American Male and senior in VA. i have a 3.0 GPA(weighted). i am a eagle scout, i do tons of community service, i mentor freshmen at my school, i play 5 instruments and i am a James farmer scholar. i got a 1550 on my sats. i was wondering if i could get into Virginia tech, uva, Howard university, Randolph Macon college, university of Richmond, vcu and umw? i also won the james farmer scholars annual debate, was the scout of the year in 07 and i come from a single parent home. we are very very poor. i also have bad adhd. Ive taken all advanced classes and 3 ap classes. 5 years of math too. Oh I will chance you back!!! :)</p>
<p>I think that with your activities, you have a chance. Did you ever retake your SATs?</p>
<p>Your SAT’s are decent. But your GPA’s a little low, even weighted. The activities are great and the community service will definitely help. I think you have a shot, but you just need to keep up the activities to make up for the low GPA.</p>
