My dream school is Virginia Tech. I want to go in undecided but my requirements are below average. I have a 3.0 gpa and a 1120 SAT. I will be graduating with a significant amount of college credits and this next semester I will be studying abroad in the Czech Republic. I have written an essay about my Christian life as a part time missionary. Do you guys think I can get in???

With that GPA theres a decent chance you wont get in. That said, does not hurt to apply
What major? Your background doesn’t indicate STEM, which might mean a bad fit for VT. Not saying that you can’t major in a STEM or STEM related field, but is VT the best place for that?
