Can I get rid of science for my senior year?

So I'm an honors, advanced placement student with a gpa above a 4.0 (it's about a 4.2) and I am finally picking out my classes. I want to major in business with a marketing concentration or in production at either a state school or something like an Emerson. I also want to drop science next yr so this is what my schedule will include:

Spanish IV Honors
A.P English Literature
A.P Psychology
A.P Statistics
Gym/Health (I have to take this)
Catering and Event Planning
Intro to Digital Media Production
American Foreign Policy or History and Film
Study

Will this be okay because I either want to be an event planner or a producer. I've lost all interest in science and have found that it isn't helping me at all. Also, should I take Foreign Policy or History and Film I have a great interest in both and am lost on what to take. Yes, a study is on there mainly because I have both a job and soccer to worry about my senior year as well and I might do the school play or the local theatre's play next year I'm not 100% sure yet it depends on my workload.

Thank you!

Some colleges require four years of science, it would be best if you continued with science in some form. Does your high school offer less traditional science classes that you may find interesting (I know my school offers forensics, anatomy and environmental science most years)? I would drop one of the electives or study hall for the science. Personally I would go for American Foreign Policy, but that is my personal preference…

My school only has Ap biology, physics, and chem II and I already had the initial courses and had difficulty in all three.
