<p>87 GPA due too poor freshman year attend very competive public High school, in Long island, NY </p>

<p>SAT I math 640
CR 640
writing 560 retaking in october </p>

<p>SAT II US 700 </p>

<p>AP US 5 A for class
AP psyc 4 B+ for class </p>

<p>Will have taken 6 AP by senior year currently taking AP bio,macro,micro and gov
Have taken 2 honors and 2 AP classes junior year<br>
Not too mayn EC but have around 100 hours of community service </p>

<p>I am looking at NYU, George washgintn, Boston U, Bentley, Forhdam Penn ST and looking for any other suggestions. PLease I NEED any feedback as possible, just be honost i need the truth also any other college suggestion to apply to, schools must be around north east region NO west coast schools</p>

<p>I know that Fordham takes class rank, GPA and SAT IIs seriously. If your rank is good, i would say it is closer to a match. Fordham also looks at ECs and SATs. You are right at their 75% of SATs but I think your rank would be lower than their average. I guess it would be a Slight Reach/ Match.</p>

<p>But in my school my GPA is considred very low but if u take freshamn year out ill be in the low to mid 90's around 92</p>

<p>Wheaton (Ma.) might be a match for you, B.U. is pretty easy actually, mm bring up that SAT score and you can look into other reaches like Bates, or B.C.</p>

<p>...but you listed B.U. as one you did want to go to. If you are in fact interested in BU, I don't know why you would not be interested in BC, I have grown up around both campuses and BC is ten times nicer. I guess its a personal call...</p>

<p>its may be 10 times nicer its also about 10 times as hard the stats of the kids applying to BC, far outweigh the stats of those who attend BU by a solid amount</p>

<p>yeah Bentley, BU, BC, GWU, and NYU will all be reaches for you at this point. Increase your gpa and sat and you will have a good shot</p>

<p>I'd say slight reach for most of them, reach for BU. I don't know much about some of the colleges you mentioned.</p>

<p>u just gotta read the text book that you use for the classroom, Any of the review books are pretty solid execpt for princenton review basically as much as you study and memorize the higher your score will be for AP US</p>
