So, I want to raise my SAT math score by June! My original score, from the beginning of sophomore year was an abysmal 560(and I need at least a 700)! :o However, I've taken some practice tests, and I always miss about 5-6 questions per test, without omitting any, and they're always the high difficulty questions. So, I know the concepts, I'm just having trouble on the tricky questions. :/ If anyone has any advice for improvement at this level, I would love to hear it.
Also, do you think it would be better if maybe I switched to the ACT? (I always finish my reading and writing sections really quickly anyhow, and my scores are high on those ends. If the math weren't tricky, I would finish that quickly as well.)
I just am really worried, it's the end of junior year, so it feels like crunch time as far as testing is concerned. :/

I had the same trouble as you with tricky questions. I use the “5 SAT Math Practice Test” by Paul Simpson. my first real SAT score was 610 and after i use the book, and the next time i took the SAT, my math score was 730. I can help you about switching to the ACT, sorry. I hope this helps you in some way.
