My issue is my dad pays my bills but refuses to pay for all my college. he is also retired and has an ok amount of money in the bank. so is there any way i would be able to get student loans from school or from a bank if i put it under my moms name?</p>
<p>You can get a Stafford loan under your own name ($7500 for a junior). Beyond that you will need a cosigner. If your mom has income and good credit she should be able to do that.</p>
