Can I get the USC Trojan Transfer Plan in an appe?

I’ve only heard of alumni kids getting it normally but could I get it in an appeal?

Only one way to find out. Call USC and tell them they are your top choice and you’d love the opportunity to work hard at another university and transfer over in 2 or 3 semesters.

FWIW - my friend’s son was offered TTP, he’s not an alum. His older sister is a current SC student, so not sure if that helped or not. Good luck!
