<p>In terms of Reading, I would read regularly from the articles here: <a href=“http://www.aldaily.com/”>http://www.aldaily.com/&lt;/a&gt; & truly break down the articles and figure out the words you don’t understand. </p>

<p>I would write as much as possible on a regular basis under the same circumstances - maybe once a week at least. </p>
