Thank you all so much for the advice and information! I am very grateful to have people I can ask questions to that are familiar with all the ins and outs of college.

I found out that I do not qualify for USF at all for the moment. 10 years ago, when I went to college the first time, I completed a semester with a GPA of 4.0 and enrolled for classes the second semester. Shortly after starting class I withdrew so have a W grade for about 13 credits. USF requires 67% of attempted credits to actually have been obtained and I only have about 45%.

So, I’ve decided to start at a community college for now and get my associates degree before I transfer. USF offers pretty good scholarships for transfer students who are coming with an associates degree. It’s actually better this way because the community college is closer to me and I can afford to start now, part time while keeping my ministry work and my job that pays the bills.

I’m working towards an engineering degree and intend to start math classes now because engineering degrees are very heavy on math. I’m also going to learn Spanish and take the CLEP for that and Composition. So, if all goes according to plan I will get about 15 credits this coming semester between my class and CLEPs.

As far as working two full time jobs - I have been doing 70-90 hour weeks for the last 8 years. I know it isn’t for everyone, but I personally love working and prefer really productive weeks as opposed to only 40 hours. I consider it more of a privilege than a burden.
