Well, I'm a late applicant, and I just finished my interview
I have special interests in physics and write them down in my essay,
I wonder If Exeter seek a student with special interests, can this make me outstanding?

not to be snarky, but
I’m pretty sure physics is a common interest at Exeter. how are your SSAT’s? do you play any sports/instruments? good luck!

Go to [Phillips Exeter Academy | Late Applicants](http://www.exeter.edu/admissions/109_7813.aspx)

Here is what I found there regarding late applications…

“Late Applicants: The application deadline for Fall 2011 was January 15, 2011. You may consider applying as a late applicant. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be a late round. We expect that the majority of places available for Fall 2011 will be filled by candidates accepted in the current applicant pool. Exeter decides to consider a late round of applicants, that information will be posted here in mid-April. We will begin scheduling late round interviews at that time. Decisions and notifications will be made on a rolling basis.”

However, I am pretty sure that Exeter does not have a history of admitting late applicants, but good luck anyway!

The OP should have asked “Should I go to Exeter??”
