Can I just send Cornell my ACT scores?

I’m applying to Cornell Arts & Sciences. I know the school does not participate in score choice, but I took both the SAT and the ACT. I did better on the ACT than I did on the SAT. However, does a no score choice policy mean that I have to send the results from all of my standardized tests? Or does it simply mean that I can choose between the SAT and ACT, but either way I have to send all scores from that test? Because I would really prefer to send in only my ACT score (and the required Subject scores).

Thank you in advance for your help!

You can choose. There have been several threads on this topic. Too bad the Cornell instructions aren’t clearer.

@Renomamma Thanks for the clarification.

Sure…and if you don’t trust me (I’m not sure I would trust a total stranger on something this important), you could always call admissions and ask.

@Renomamma I trust what you’re saying, but I probably will double check. I have a friend who got accepted in to Cornell’s class of 2019, so I might ask him, too.

You CAN send your ACT scores and SAT II subject scores. There is no need to send SAT scores.
