Can I major in actuarial science if I didn't do great in math in High School

I'm currently a junior in High School.
I've been in the second highest math class I can take during Sophomore and Junior year
In Honors Algebra 2 I got an A
In Honors Precalulus I got a B+

I'm also an outstanding business student who won the state competition for Entreprenuership in FBLA.
Will my math scores keep my back from my major

If you want to be an Actuary you need to pass exams. Go have a look at the first 2 exams (P, FM) and see how you feel. If you do not think you are able to handle that level of math or do not want to go through the exams, you can change your career path to finance/econ.

I wouldn’t be concerned about the B+ if that is your question. More important is whether you like and enjoy math. You will take lot of math classes so if you enjoy that this could be a good path for you.

Reviewing the exam as the other poster suggested could be helpful, but don’t get freaked out if you see types of math you haven’t learned yet. You will deal with a lot of statistics, probability, etc., and you will learn about that in school.
