<p>I have taken AP US History, AP Biology, AP Physics, AP Calculus, and AP Computer Science in high school. I am also in Science Olympiad and write for the school magazine. Do you think I am well-prepared for a computer science major?</p>
<p>If you like math and are good at it, and like computer programming and are good at it, then you should be fine majoring in computer science.</p>
<p>(Note: computer programming is not computer science, but computer science requires doing computer programming.)</p>
<p>With all those courses in High School, you realized you are well prepared to any college degree out there? The question is do you like math and programing because that’s what you will be doing. I took all that plus AP Chemistry which I hated. It doesn’t matter what you took in school, it only matters what you really like to do.</p>
