can i make certain colleges?

Hey!
so I'm a rising senior this year and I am already looking heavily into colleges. I want to go into Medical school and hopefully become a doctor. There are two types of programs that are associated with med school: the traditional premed route, or accelerated programs that guarantee admission into med schools and cut down the number of years of schooling. So if you guys could help me out and see which schools would be right for me because i honestly dont think im ivy or second tier material

Here are my scores on various tests:
SAT 1: 2200 -780 M 720 W(11 essay) 700 R
ACT: 34 comp 36 M 35 S 34 R 31 W 10 essay
SAT 2's: 800 US history, 800 Math II, 800 World History, 780 Chemistry
AP: so far taken 10, 7 5s, 2 4s (BC calc and AP Vergil), and a 1...(physics, didnt get this class to well)
Unweighted GPA: 3.85, Weighted GPA: 4.54
rank: 26 out of 766 students

ACtivities: VP of student to student (club fostering growth with special needs students) Student Government representative and secretary (elected by the student body) Founder and President of the Red Cross Club, VP for Model UN, member of Community Outreach and Habitat for Humanity. Member of Latin Club, Spanish Honor Society and Beta CLub

Awards: Ive got alot of awards so i might not remember some off the top of my head
3 gold medals and 1 silver medal for the national latin exam, 4 gold medals for the medusa mythology exam, 3 exceptional delegate awards on the state level for model un conference, various other latin awards, AP Scholar with honors/distinction etc. Governors Honors Program state finalist in social studies, Winner of several essay contests, one of which is published in a magazine and two others on websites. Best Social Studies student in the entire class of my school (800 students). Member of the top 5% of our school..etc

Tbh, I don’t see why you’re not “Ivy material”, not to mention “second tier material”. Definitely give it a shot. With great recs and essays, you have as good a chance as anyone else.
