Can I make it to Wharton someday?

Hey I’m a junior in highschool and I’ll be applying to college soon. I was hoping one of you could help me understand my chances of getting into schools like UPenn, Dartmouth, Columbia and Cornell. I would also appreciate if y’all can tell me where I can strengthen my application amd raise my chances to get into my dream schools. Sorry if this is too long I simply wanted to be as specefic as possible

My unweighted GPA: 3.85
My weighted GPA: 4.07

New PSAT: 1230. (Oops, I was one of the first people to take it so none of my teachers or mentors new how to prep for it.)

SAT/ACT: Not taken yet

APs:
• AP Human Geography (5)
• AP World History (5 predicted)
Those are all the APs that were offered to me up until now
My AP World teacher was voted to be one of the most challenging teachers in my state.

Next years APs:

• AP Calculus BC (because I know Wharton looks for that)
• AP Physics 1
• AP US History

The rest of my classes are part of the Gifted Program. My county has a special program that provides classes ranked above Honors for “intellectually gifted” students.

Try to get some leadership positions in clubs as well as study for your SATs!

Your gpa seems to be one of the weaker parts of your application. I’m going to assume you’re only going to be q junior high this year and will have time to get that up. You will also need a math Sat II which will be another major factor.

Hard to say. Lacking a bit in leadership and any passion around a specific subject. Sure you have some finance work but nothing that other students wont have. Penn is the best Pre-professional school and so kids applying there will have a story with supporting evidence as to what they want to do with their lives and how Penn can help them get there.
