Can I not Become A National Semifinalist for PSAT?

<p>Hey guys, I just got back my PSAT score yesterday, and it's a 210 :(. Sadly, I am apparently in the 98th percentile. Does this mean I don't have a chance to become a National Merit Scholar? I am in Wisconsin. Thanks!</p>
