Can I raise my ACT scores?

I took the ACT in February and got a composite of 30. Then I took it in March (State required) and got a composite of 31. I prepped just a bit on my own for the February testing and then didn't prep too much for March. If I study a lot, is there a chance that I could improve by 2 or more points by the June test?

Yes, most likely.

It is unlikely, since you already have a high score (it is much easier to raise a low score by a point or two then a high score). Though if you put in the effort it is possible.

^I disagree. I jumped from a 30 to a 33 with reasonable self-studying about 2-3 hours a week (although admittedly the tests were a summer apart).
