Can I reach the 2000's? (if so, how?)

Hello CC, I'm in a pretty bad situation right now. I've taken the SATs two times now with awful scores.
1st time R:490 M:530 W:440
2nd time R:500 M:580 W:490
These scores are probably similar because I didn't really study in between (probably should have done that ahah)

...and now here I am. I really want to hit 2000+ but I don't really know where to begin. It's summer so I study can intensively for the Oct/Nov SATs. I already have a lot of material to work with (blue book, direct hits, barrons, etc.) I just need to know how to use it effectively. I also want to know if I should save the blue book for last because in Xiggi's guide, the other practice test are nothing compared to the official ones. I also plan on reading all of the guides that CC offers.

So I just need to know, can I hit the 2000's? If so please clarify on how I can get there!

I did terrible too I got
490 CR
510 Writing
630 Math
I believe what i did wrong was not studying vocabulary words because during the critical reading i was stumped and omitted lots of questions since i didnt know what many of the words meant lol. Math you dont need to work on because it is pretty much basic algebra and geometry, but they just word it really hard. All you need to do is practice for math. For writing you need to like relearn basic grammar rules like subject verb agreement etc cuz that is really important

Check my recent posts about Cr

1) Read Silverturtle’s guide.
2) Memorize Direct Hit’s Vocab and perhaps Barron’s Vocab list if you have time.
3) Take a bunch of practice tests and analyze what you did wrong careful after each test.

Critical reading requires a sort of logic that WILL suddenly make sense to you if you take enough practice tests. Writing and Math are pretty straightforward.

Thanks for the replies so far!
I still need to know though, do I save the blue book practice test for Xiggi’s method or just go ahead and work at it?
