Can I realistically get a 34+?

I took the ACT for the first time about a month ago and scored a 30 composite. I got a 34 reading, 31 science, 30 math, 25 English(7 essay). I only ever took a practice test for the reading and English which i got a 36 and 31 on respectively. Im pretty sure my terrible English score on test day was a fluke but does anyone have some guide ACT books to help my scores get into the 34 range?

Of course you can realistically raise a 30 to a 34. I did so.
Get the Red Book and do lots of practice.

This may sound a little scary (or not) but I actually raised my 32 to a 35 from my first to second sittings. The major thing that happened was that the test was harder - although I also did go through McGraw and Kaplan. For me, I’m never going to get a perfect score - i always get one or two wrong so the better curve meant a higher score for me and I was lucky that the test was harder. Take from my experiences what you will.

Wish you better luck on your next test
