hello everyone,

well im a junior student. currently im studying in turkey but im from albania. Since childhood i have always been raised with the aim to join an Ivy League. In the recent years ive gotten more serious and have started reaseraches about what i have to do. Now that i saw this section of this site i would like to get an idea from you guys about what my chances to get into Harvard really are:

Firstly:
My GPA in 9th grade was 3.8, and 10th grade it was 4.1
This year since its just the beginning i cant give you any number but im aiming to keep it above 3.8 since this year i started IB and those of you who know IB whould know how tough it is.

SAT's in my diagnostic SAT's ive gotten a score of 700 for reading, 710 math and 700 for writing.

For SAT II. I think ill get good scores in Math I, since im taking IB Higher math, the same goes for German. I will aslo be taking SAT II biology and Physics and for all of them im aiming for over 700.

Of course i have extra curriculars:
I'm a member of the basketball team
Member of the Volleyball team
Member of MUN (ambassador of delegation)
One of the main organizers of MUN activity in Ankara/ Turkey
I have work references from summer

In school i have some honors for achievements in Math, Science and History.

Also i have been told that languages are an advantage; i can speek turkish, albanian and english fluetnly. I've been taking German for over 5 years now and the same goes for Italian.

so what do you think? can i actually make it please be honest.
and for any of you who is wondering,, all of the stuff above is true.

Sincerely Besi
