Can I return a textbook that I bought from the UCLA online store?

I'm an incoming first-year at UCLA, and not knowing much information about buying textbooks, I ordered a text book(btw, it's loose-leaf) from the online UCLA store. After a day of ordering, I found out that amazon.com had the same textbook but -$20. On the UCLA online store, it had this information:

"How do I cancel my order?
Please reply to the confirmaion email and type "Cancellation" and your Order Confirmation number in the subject line of the email. Upon receipt, we will attempt to intercept your order before it is filled, once orders are fulfilled standard return policies apply. Sorry, we can not refund shipping or pick-up charges once an order is filled. "

Therefore, I did exactly what it said (I replied to the confirmation email). And then I ordered the same textbook from amazon.com. However, today I found out that money was taken out from my account from the ucla online store...

So basically, what I'm wondering is .. can I return the textbook at school in person? If I can, which building/where do I return it to? Will I get my full money back?

If they charged you. You will be able to pick up the actual book at the UCLA Textbook store in Ackerman during 1st week. Just return it there.

And yes, you can also sell back books that are in the UCLA system but you bought elsewhere. As long as the ISBN # is the same they will allow it. Though the textbook buyback is a ripoff and I never tend to use it… 199$ math book and they only will buy it back for $20… No thanks.

they have price match at the store too, just fyi
