Can I send in SAT scores I did not list on my application?

In December I plan to take SAT subject test, but I haven't decided which subject test to take yet. (When I paid for it I listed Literature, but I read I can change my subject) What should I put down in my college app or should I just not list it at all. Would it be bad to not list it at all?
Same for AP tests. I don't plan on taking certain AP tests unless the school I get into gives credit for it.

If there is a place on the app to tell the college you will be taking future SAT tests you can answer you will be taking the Dec test; however, it really makes no difference whether you list it or not. As long as the college accepts December tests scores for admisison (most do), you can submit them and they will be used to determine admission regardless of whether the test was mentioned on app. In fact, some colleges actually require you to provide all SAT and SAT subject test scores and for those you must send the scores.

No college requires AP scores for admission or to tell them whether you will be taking AP tests next May. In fact, it would pointless to even mention whether you will do so in app or essay.
