Can I send my ACT score to the UC’s before I submit my application? I am aware you can do this for most schools in the country. However, I know you send the score to one UC and it shares it with the other UC’s that you are applying to. If I send the ACT score prior to submitting my application, how will they know which other UC’s to share the score with.

Not sure of the mechanism for sharing, but it works as you describe. My kids applied to multiple UCs in 2014, 2016, 2018.
We sent some scores 1 year in advance, yet all scores were shared with all the schools they applied to.
This was apparent after submitting the application and opening the prospective student portal for each school. Each target school listed test scores as “received
