Can I send my ACT scores even though I haven't applied yet?

<p>As most of you probably know, the Syracuse application can't be submitted for a few more weeks. So, I'm wondering if I can send my ACT scores right now even though they won't have my application until October. I'm sending my scores to South Carolina, Iowa, and Marquette, and I think I can save money if I package Syracuse with those 3.</p>
