Can I send my October scores after I sent my application in?

Hey Guys,

I am planning to send in my instate (I am a texas resident) schools applications by the first or second week of october. I am taking the october 9th sat (the last SAT I will take) and I was wondering do I let the colleges know in advance (SMU, UT Austin, Texas A&M) that I will be doing that or do I just send them in or what?

It’s o.k. to just send them. It’s rare for everything to arrive at once.

Hey leonidas, Even I am doing the same thing even my SAT is on the 9th. But my Toefl and transcripts and all other documents have already reached the colleges I have applied to.

Its okay if you send in the scores later on, all they need is you online applications and the transcripts on time, that is the deadline. They will probably just wait for the scores and give you the decision as soon as they get the scores.
But I dont think you will get the scores in the 2nd week, from what I heard, SAT scores take around 20-25 days, and then another week I think, to reach the colleges, but I am not sure about this.

But I already got into Texas tech, so basically now I just need to give the SAT so that the TSI test is waived off.
