can i send my SAT I and SAT IIs and ACT w/o writing?

<p>I wanna take ACT in Dec 13th...but if i wanna take it with writing part..i will get to know the score much later than w/o the writing..the test scores are due Dec 31..should i forget about taking ACT?</p>
