Can I send scores to colleges now, as a junior?

<p>I'm a rising senior, and I took the SAT and got a 2240 and i'm now in the process of taking subject tests. I was on the College Board website and it said that I have 4 registration score report credits (that will expire June 16, 2014). So basically I can send score reports to 4 schools for free. Does it make a difference if I do this now as opposed to next year, when I'm in the middle of the application process? I just thought it'd be weird for colleges to suddenly see scores from a kid who hasn't even applied yet.</p>
