Can I send this in along with my application?

I have a student evaluation from my instructors from one of my summer programs, and it details what the course that I did was all about and their evaluation of me. I feel like this evaluation was excellent in saying I was truly passionate about something and I was a good person, important to the class.

I don't think this quite fits as an optional recommendation, but should I send this in? I know I read on quite a few places where admissions officers said that usually they don't look too closely at the additional stuff sent in.

I think you might have to a be little more specific on what this evaluation is on. On the other hand, if they thought you were passionate it was and liked you they probably would be willing to write a you a rec letter

It was from EPGY. They send out basically letters detailing the course that I took, which is taught by Stanford profs, and their and the TAs’ impressions of me and their evaluations of me. I thought they really had goods things to say about me, but again, that could be just for everyone and this isn’t really that big of a deal. And since they’re at Stanford and they’re profs, I don’t know if I could get a recommendation letter, since one was a history prof and the other a lit prof and my interests are engineering.
