Can I send transcripts as a first semester freshman?

<p>Might seem like a silly question, but I applied to 3 schools as a transfer student, sent them SAT scores/high school transcripts, but should I send my college transcripts now although I have no taken finals yet? I was going to wait until after my holiday break to send them since the registrar is closed until then. But I do not want to be accepted as a freshman for fall 2014 since I'll have 32 credits by May.</p>

<p>I'm a first semester freshman looking to transfer fall 2014 as a sophomore.</p>
