Can I skip Biology courses - when my aim is to get into USA Undergrad Engg or Architecture programs?

I’m a US citizen studying (11th grade) in India in a Cambridge International AS/A level program. I have taken Biology course in both 9th and 10th grades.

I want to do my undergrad in the USA, in either Engineering (major not decided) or Architecture discipline. With this in mind, I am not taking Biology course in 11th and 12th grades.

Is this fine from US Undergraduate program eligibility perspective?

Competitive American colleges want to see one year of biology, one year of chemistry, one year of physics, plus a fourth year of any science at the AP/IB-or-equivalent level.

If your school does not offer these, then you would be judged within the context of your high school’s offerings.
