I want to start sending scores to schools that I know for sure I want to apply to, that way my parent's credit card wont be bombarded all at the same time with ACT, SAT, college applications, etc. Would it matter if I send scores now? Like they wont get lost by the time I send my applications, right?

I don’t think so, but I heard its easier for them to send your application first. Then once they’ve processed that application, they have this profile for you where they add your SAT score to. So if their application is out send that first.

Colleges begin an application file on you as soon as you send something that is necessary, such as test scores, for the application for admission. Send scores first, later application will be matched to them and vice versa.

You can definitely send an official score report before applying and they will have everything of yours on file together as it starts coming in. If the only thing you send them is a test score, it will sit there until whenever it is they clear out their old student information (I would imagine it should stay on record for over a year though).
