<p>I know it is very late but I feel that Penn State would be one of my top choices. Could I still apply even though it will be much harder to get accepted?</p>

<p>You are applying quite late since it’s rolling and u missed the priority date it will be harder but you have great stats. So apply you should get in but don’t be surprised if they filled up up. Goodluck</p>
<p>Thank you. I submitted my app tonight, sent my act scores, and sent a transcript request form from the comm college here (taking enc1101 and enc1102 there). All I have to do now is get the counselor form signed and high school transcript which will be done tomorrow.</p>
