Can I still be an Engineer?

Is it ok to do Computer Engineering as my Pre-med major. I have a deep love for engineering and want a engineering degree 1) a great amount of knowledge comes from it. 2) Job security.

Since I want to do Engineering, can I still apply to med school after. I will still add on to my major, 2x year chemistry and 1 year Biology.

How does this sound to everybody.

I have always been extremly good in science, Lacking in math. But all HS science, I have had 90%+ grades. I am doing engineering and going into my 2nd year of college.

Yes, you can major in Computer Engineering and complete the pre-med requirements. The only thing you might want to consider, is that it's usually hard to get good grades in engineering majors (I'm not sure if it's true for ComputerE specifically). Medical schools won't take into account the difficulty of your course load.

I guess i got alot alot of work to do.

Knowing how a 3.5 is amazingly good in CE.

Ehh i dont know yet, this is hard.

Good luck and do what you are passionate about. Don't worry whether or not med schools will like it. All that matters is that you like it.

yeah you are right.
