<p>O did horrible my freshman year and got a 1.8. I transfered to a different a public school and love it and I have a 3.6. (The first grading period ends in two weeks) I am taking 1 ap class, film club and I volunteer every other Saturday for 5 hours. Do younguys think I can still get into the u of a even with my horrible freshman year stats? Thanks you for your responses!</p>

<p>colleges love to see improvement! honestly, i think you’re chances are fairly high. a 3.6 is great! you can write your personal statement on your old school and explain why you did so horribly.</p>
