Can I still get into a UC?

<p>I'm ranked top 4% of the school with a 4.4 gpa. The thing is I just got my SAT scores back and failed horribly. (1750). I'm taking the ACT soon and hopefully doing better on it than the SAT. Over the summer I attended a summer program at University of California: San Diego, took a college class and passed with an A. Other than that I don't have many things other than school sports and advanced choir. Will I still be able to get into UCSD or Davis?</p>

<p>If you get a 29+ on your ACT, you should still have a really good chance of getting into UCSD or Davis.
But as of now, I’d say both of those schools are a high match/low reach</p>
