Can I still get into the NHRP if i'm graduating early?

I got an invitation to the National Hispanic Recognition Program but I don’t know if I’ll qualify since I’m graduating early. I know you need to go to high school for four years for the National Merit, but I don’t know if it applies to the NHRP.
