Can I still go to a UC or a Cal-State?

<p>I think you can get into Univeristy of California Riverside at best if you meet the requirements of a 3.0 GPA with no grade lower than a C when filling those A-G requirements. I heard they accept anyone who is eligible to apply to a UC.</p>
